Refund & Return Policy – Aloe Signs

At Aloe Signs, we are committed to providing high-quality signage tailored to your specifications. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refund After Production Has Begun

Once printing or manufacturing of your order has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be issued. This includes any changes to design, sizing, or specifications once production has started.

2. Faults in Product or Print Quality

If you believe there is a fault with the product or print quality, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. After inspection, if a fault is confirmed, we will offer to redo the signage at no additional cost.

To process a fault claim:

  • Email us at [team@aloesigns.co.za] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
  • We may request return of the faulty product for inspection before proceeding.

3. Content and Design Mistakes

  • If the final product matches the approved and signed-off artwork, Aloe Signs will not be held responsible for any content or design errors. Any reprints will be at the client’s cost.
  • If the final product differs from the approved artwork, Aloe Signs will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping the corrected signage.

We strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing all proofs before approving them for production.

4. Returns

  • All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team and returned at the client’s cost.
  • If the return is due to a confirmed fault on our part, Aloe Signs will reimburse the courier cost once the fault is verified.

Returns must be sent in original condition and packaging.
